Tomorrow I'm heading out to Clermont, FL, to visit
Lakeridge Winery. I've been out there a bunch of times and it's always a lot of fun. The wine they make is decent; great when you consider the price.
There are free tours and tastings every day, and this weekend falls during their Winter Music Series, so we'll be able to enjoy that as well. Even when there is no entertainment, do the tour, try some wine, shop around in their cool store, and stick around - you can buy a bottle for $10-$15, pay a $0.25 corking fee, and sit out overlooking their vineyards and drink away! It's a great way to spend an afternoon - I try and go at least once every month or two. If you're looking for something new to try in Central Florida, I don't think this will disappoint!
